Partnership Executive

Job Description

Partner Development:

  • Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships with potential partners both domestically and internationally.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
  • Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
  • Monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.

Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals:

  • Analyze market trends and research opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships.

Internal Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
  • Provide reports on partnership performance and status to management.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English and Korean) is preferred.
