OUR WORkFLOW

How to work with us?

The company collaborates with SotaHR to define staffing requirements, job positions, required skills, and necessary experience for the role.
SotaHR conducts candidate searches through internal databases, job advertisements, and networking channels. Then, we screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select the most suitable candidates.
Once the search and selection process is complete, SotaHR presents a list of candidates to the company. The company may conduct additional interviews if needed.
Once a candidate is selected, salary, benefits, and contract terms are negotiated. The employment contract is then signed with SotaHR or the company, depending on the agreement.
SotaHR handles administrative tasks for employees, including payroll, social insurance, taxes, and other benefits. We are also responsible for managing labor documentation and ensuring legal compliance.
SotaHR continues to monitor the employee’s job performance and provides necessary support throughout the contract period. We also manage issues related to discipline, salary adjustments, and career development.
When the contract ends, SotaHR manages the termination of the employment contract and employee transition (if applicable).
