Metanet Global and SotaTek are joining forces to enhance their global competitiveness through a strategic partnership. The collaboration will focus on:

SotaTek (CEO Tyler Luu) announced on August 20th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Metanet Global (CEO Kim Ki-ho) for SAP implementation and operation services and digital innovation collaboration.
The signing ceremony took place on August 20th at SotaTek's headquarters in Hanoi, Vietnam, and was attended by key officials from both companies, including Metanet Global CEO Kim Ki-ho and SotaTek CEO Tyler Luu.
This agreement aims to further strengthen both companies' competitiveness in the global market by combining their technological capabilities and experience.
The two companies will cooperate in SAP implementation and operation services (Application Management Services, AMO). Metanet Global will also discuss the ODC (Offshore Development Center) model with SotaTek to conduct work handover for providing optimal operation services. They also plan to collaborate in securing a pool of technical resource personnel for Application Modernization (cloud-native development), MES, and web development. Both companies will set and develop common goals through regular consultations to continuously expand business opportunities.
