SotaTek, a leading IT consulting and services company in Vietnam, and AIchemist, a leading company in artificial intelligence and digital twin technology, have established a strategic partnership and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore new AI and digital twin-based business ventures.
The MOU signing ceremony took place on February 11, 2025, at AIchemist's headquarters in Seoul, with the participation and signing of the agreement by SotaTek's founder and CEO Tyler Luu and AIchemist's CEO Minwook Jeong. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to establish a comprehensive collaboration system for joint research and development, promote commercialization, and create markets through AI and digital twin technology.

Alchemist is developing a synthetic data generator through automated digital twin techniques, utilizing physical engines such as Unity and Unreal 5 as resources. Based on their unique know-how, they are exploring not only the fields of artificial intelligence and data industries but also expanding into the XR and content areas where automated digital twins can take root, with a broad perspective.
