On February 11, 2025, TopCV and SotaTek Education held a meeting to discuss strategic collaboration opportunities in IT training and recruitment, aiming to enhance the quality of the workforce in Vietnam's labor market.
Attending the meeting from TopCV were Mr. Trần Trung Hiếu – CEO, Mr. Vũ Nhật Anh – CTO, and Mr. Nguyễn Bảo Long – Head of Corporate Partnerships. Representing SotaTek were Mr. Vũ Hải Anh – Senior Vice President, Ms. Nguyễn Thanh Thủy – Managing Director of SotaTek Education, Ms. Trần Thị Nga – Head of Human Resources, and Mr. Đặng Quang Huy – Director of Partnerships.
SotaTek Education focuses on training and upskilling developers through internationally accredited programs. Currently, SotaTek Education is collaborating with a South Korean company to offer international certification for programming languages such as Java, Node.js, and JavaScript, which is expected to launch soon. This program aims to equip Vietnamese developers with industry-relevant skills and expand their global career opportunities.
As for TopCV, the recruitment platform has established itself as a leader in Vietnam, particularly in the IT sector. With a vast pool of candidates and an extensive partner network, TopCV is developing a specialized recruitment project to meet the high demand for quality IT professionals.
Both TopCV and SotaTek Education recognize the significant potential in this collaboration. SotaTek Education aims to work alongside TopCV to reach more IT talent, while TopCV is interested in SotaTek Education’s international certification programs to enhance candidate quality and better serve corporate hiring needs.
The meeting paved the way for promising cooperation between the two parties, particularly in bridging the gap between training and recruitment. This partnership is expected to help businesses access high-quality IT talent while improving the skills of Vietnamese developers.
